All are homemade on the premises and often the fruits of the season are the deciding factor in what yummy treats appear on The Café's dessert blackboard. A simple idea: chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Yet this cake tastes anything but simple! A dense, moist light chocolate cake covered with semisweet chocolate frosting that leaves you wanting just one more bite!

Fresh Apple Crisp with Fresh Whipped Cream -

What could be more satisfying than this old time traditional dessert! Fresh apples mixed with just the right amount of sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, baked until a crusty golden brown, and served with a choice of fresh whipped cream or ice cream.

Fruit Crunch -

Another Café favorite! A mixture of seasonal berries and fruits, just the right spices and dotted with a delicious oatmeal topping. This will make you moan with pleasure!

Café Best Brownies -

Nothing fancy, just a great recipe using the right amounts of good chocolate, served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Pie selections are based on the seasonal availability of fruits and vegetables. Whatever the season, they are guaranteed to be delicious!

Cheesecake -

The Cafe's cheesecakes are made using only fresh ingredients and baked to perfection. The best taste test for our cheesecake is when the plate comes back to the kitchen empty!
